Using Vibulary
For personal English vocabulary practice. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app license; YouTube’s terms apply to its embedded service.

Developer and scope
These terms apply to the Vibulary app and related support provided by Ivan Kreshikhin, an independent developer using the IKresh brand. Contact: support@ikresh.com. By using Vibulary, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple’s license agreement
The license for the App Store version of Vibulary is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license with information about the learning service and third-party content; they do not replace it with a custom EULA or limit rights granted by Apple’s agreement. If there is a conflict about the app license, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.
Learning and availability
Vibulary helps you practise English vocabulary. Definitions, translations, frequency rankings and exercises are learning aids and may contain errors. We do not guarantee a particular examination result, proficiency level or learning outcome.
Video examples require an internet connection and may use mobile data. Carrier charges may apply. App features, examples and vocabulary may change, and individual videos may be removed, blocked or unavailable in your region. App Store availability and any purchase price are shown in the relevant Apple listing; this website does not sell access to the app.
YouTube and third-party content
Vibulary uses YouTube API Services and an embedded player. By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Videos are streamed from YouTube, not hosted or offered for download by IKresh. Video owners and service providers control availability. Their videos, audio, characters, names and trademarks remain their property. The use of a third-party service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Vibulary by YouTube, Google, Apple or a rights holder, and does not grant you a license to redistribute their content.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the app for lawful personal learning in accordance with Apple’s license and the rules of third-party services. Do not interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, circumvent service restrictions, or copy and redistribute protected materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Original Vibulary code, design, branding and original materials are protected by applicable law. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; see Licenses & credits.
Your progress and privacy
The current app does not require an account. Learning history is stored locally and is not synced to an IKresh server. Deleting the app, losing your device or resetting it may result in loss of progress. Device backups are managed separately through Apple; we cannot restore your local progress remotely. Content concerns and support
If a video is inappropriate, unavailable, incorrectly captioned or raises a rights concern, contact support@ikresh.com. Include the word, phrase, example number or video link, and a short explanation so we can identify and investigate it. Rights holders should identify the material and their relationship to it. You do not need a Vibulary account to report an issue.
Minors should use the app with appropriate parent or guardian supervision and in accordance with the applicable age requirements of third-party services.
Disclaimers and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and third-party services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Apple’s Standard EULA sets out the applicable warranty and liability provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the app, services or legal requirements change. The current version is published here with its update date. Where required, we will give notice of material changes. Questions: support@ikresh.com.

Лицензионное соглашение Apple
Лицензия версии Vibulary из App Store регулируется Apple Standard End User License Agreement. При противоречиях по вопросам лицензии приложения применяется стандартная EULA Apple.
Обучение и доступность
Vibulary помогает практиковать английскую лексику. Определения, переводы, частотный порядок и упражнения служат учебными материалами и могут содержать ошибки. Мы не гарантируем конкретный результат экзамена, уровень языка или результат обучения.
Видео требуют интернета и могут расходовать мобильный трафик по тарифу оператора. Функции, примеры и словарь могут меняться, а отдельные видео — удаляться или становиться недоступными в вашем регионе. Доступность в App Store и возможная цена покупки указаны на странице Apple; этот сайт не продаёт доступ к приложению.
YouTube и сторонний контент
Vibulary использует YouTube API Services и встроенный проигрыватель. Используя функции YouTube, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать YouTube Terms of Service. Обработка данных Google описана в Google Privacy Policy и нашей Политике конфиденциальности.
Видео воспроизводятся с YouTube: IKresh не размещает их на своих серверах и не предлагает скачивание. Доступностью управляют владельцы и провайдеры. Права на видео, звук, персонажей, названия и товарные знаки остаются у их владельцев. Использование сервисов не означает спонсорства или одобрения Vibulary со стороны YouTube, Google, Apple или правообладателей и не даёт пользователю право распространять их контент.
Допустимое использование и права
Используйте приложение для законного личного обучения в соответствии с лицензией Apple и правилами сторонних сервисов. Не вмешивайтесь в его работу, не получайте несанкционированный доступ, не обходите ограничения сервисов и не копируйте и не распространяйте защищённые материалы без разрешения, кроме случаев, допускаемых законом.
Оригинальный код, дизайн, бренд и материалы Vibulary защищены применимым законом. Компоненты с открытым исходным кодом регулируются своими лицензиями: Лицензии и авторство.
Прогресс и конфиденциальность
Текущая версия не требует учётной записи. История обучения хранится локально и не синхронизируется с сервером IKresh. Удаление приложения, потеря или сброс устройства могут привести к потере прогресса. Резервными копиями управляет пользователь через Apple; мы не можем удалённо восстановить локальный прогресс. Правила обработки и удаления сведений приведены в Политике конфиденциальности.
Сообщения о контенте и поддержка
Если видео неуместно, недоступно, содержит неверные субтитры или нарушает права, напишите на support@ikresh.com. Укажите слово, фразу, номер примера или ссылку и короткое описание, чтобы мы могли найти и проверить материал. Правообладателям следует обозначить материал и своё отношение к нему. Для обращения учётная запись Vibulary не нужна.
Несовершеннолетним следует использовать приложение под соответствующим присмотром родителей или опекунов с соблюдением возрастных требований сторонних сервисов.
Оговорки и права потребителей
В пределах, допускаемых законом, приложение и сторонние сервисы предоставляются по мере доступности, без обещания непрерывной или безошибочной работы. Применимые положения о гарантиях и ответственности предусмотрены стандартной EULA Apple. Эти условия не исключают и не ограничивают обязательные права потребителей и ответственность, которую нельзя ограничить по закону.
Изменения и связь
Мы можем пересматривать условия при изменении приложения, сервисов или требований закона. Актуальная версия и дата обновления доступны здесь. Когда это необходимо по закону, о существенных изменениях будет сообщено. Вопросы: support@ikresh.com.
