Your privacy in Vibulary
No Vibulary account. Learning progress stays on your device. Embedded YouTube videos and support emails involve separate data processing, explained below.

Who is responsible
Vibulary is developed and operated by Ivan Kreshikhin, an independent developer using the name IKresh. IKresh is a developer brand, not a separate company. This policy covers the Vibulary iOS app and related support. Contact: support@ikresh.com.
Learning data on your iPhone
The app stores your vocabulary progress, learning levels, skipped words, exercise results, review dates, activity history, current learning position and settings in its local database and device preferences. These records make learning, review and progress displays work. The current app does not upload these records to an IKresh server or provide account-based cloud sync.
iOS may include app data in device backups, depending on your settings. Backups and transfers between devices are controlled by you and Apple, separately from Vibulary.
YouTube and Google
Vibulary uses YouTube API Services, including the embedded YouTube player, to show video examples. Loading the player connects your device directly to YouTube and Google. This can happen when a video card is prepared, before you press play.
The embedded service may receive your IP address, device and browser information, requested videos, playback interactions, cookies and similar identifiers. Google may use these data to deliver and secure its service, measure usage and handle advertising or personalisation according to its policies and your settings. The current player uses the standard YouTube service; it is not described as anonymous or cookie-free.
Vibulary does not ask you to sign in to a Google account or request access to your YouTube account through OAuth. Your local learning database is not sent to Google by the app, but video requests can reveal which examples are being loaded.
Read the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can review Google account activity at My Activity and privacy controls at Google Data & Privacy. To prevent further player requests, stop using the app while connected to the internet. Avoiding the play button alone may not prevent a connection.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any name, screenshots or diagnostic details you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems and handle privacy or content concerns. Email providers process messages to deliver and store correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details or information unrelated to the issue.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the request and follow-up issues, meet applicable legal duties or establish or defend legal claims. You can request deletion at support@ikresh.com; information required for a legal duty may need to be retained.
Website visits
When you visit ikresh.com, including these policy pages, Cloudflare provides hosting and security and may process network and request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser details. The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits and performance. Website processing is separate from local learning data in the app. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Analytics, sharing and international processing
The current native app does not include an IKresh analytics service, advertising SDK or crash-reporting SDK. This does not mean the embedded YouTube service collects no data or displays no advertising.
We do not sell your personal information or share your local learning history for advertising. Support data may be handled by service providers acting for us, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Google, Apple and Cloudflare process information under their own policies and may process it in countries other than your country of residence. Their policies describe applicable safeguards and retention practices.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local learning records remain on the device while the app retains its data. To remove the app and its local records, use iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Vibulary → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data and is not the same as deleting the app. Existing backups may retain a copy; manage them separately in your Apple backup settings. Deleting the app does not delete information already processed by Google or messages you sent to support.
There is no Vibulary account to delete. We cannot recover, export or erase the local learning database remotely. For support data held by us, email support@ikresh.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, and a complaint to your local data protection authority. For data processed independently by Google or Apple, use their privacy controls and request channels.
Purposes and legal grounds
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process support information to respond to your request and provide assistance, based on our legitimate interests in maintaining and supporting the app, and to comply with applicable legal obligations where necessary. Where consent is required for processing, it must be obtained and can be withdrawn. Using the app or reading this policy is not a substitute for a consent request. Local learning records serve the functionality you choose to use; third-party processing is described in the providers’ policies.
Children and security
Vibulary is a general vocabulary-learning app, not a service specifically directed at children. Embedded third-party video content is not a guarantee of suitability for every age. A parent or guardian should review the app, its App Store age rating and YouTube’s requirements before allowing a minor to use it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support@ikresh.com.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. No device, email system or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the app or data practices change and show the revised date above. Where required, material changes will be brought to your attention or consent will be requested before new processing begins. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@ikresh.com.

Кто отвечает за приложение
Vibulary разрабатывает и поддерживает независимый разработчик Ivan Kreshikhin (Иван Крешихин), использующий имя IKresh. IKresh — название бренда разработчика, а не отдельная компания. Эта политика относится к приложению Vibulary для iOS и его поддержке. Контакт: support@ikresh.com.
Учебные данные на iPhone
Приложение сохраняет в локальной базе и настройках устройства прогресс по словам, уровни освоения, пропущенные слова, результаты упражнений, даты повторений, историю активности, текущую позицию обучения и настройки. Эти записи нужны для обучения, повторения и отображения прогресса. Текущая версия не отправляет их на сервер IKresh и не синхронизирует через учётную запись.
В зависимости от настроек iOS данные могут попадать в резервные копии устройства. Резервным копированием и переносом данных управляете вы и Apple, отдельно от Vibulary.
YouTube и Google
Vibulary использует YouTube API Services, включая встроенный проигрыватель YouTube. При загрузке проигрывателя устройство напрямую соединяется с YouTube и Google. Это может произойти при подготовке карточки видео, до нажатия кнопки воспроизведения.
Сервис может получать IP-адрес, сведения об устройстве и браузере, запрашиваемых видео и действиях при воспроизведении, файлы cookie и похожие идентификаторы. Google может использовать эти данные для работы и защиты сервиса, измерения использования, рекламы или персонализации согласно своим правилам и вашим настройкам. Приложение использует стандартный проигрыватель YouTube; мы не называем его анонимным или свободным от cookie.
Vibulary не просит входить в аккаунт Google и не запрашивает доступ к аккаунту YouTube через OAuth. Приложение не передаёт Google локальную учебную базу, но запросы видео могут показывать, какие примеры загружаются.

Чтобы предотвратить новые запросы проигрывателя, прекратите использовать приложение при подключении к интернету. Одного отказа от нажатия Play может быть недостаточно.
Обращения в поддержку
Когда вы пишете нам, мы получаем адрес электронной почты, текст письма и имя, скриншоты или диагностические сведения, которые вы добавили сами. Они используются для ответа, разбора проблем и обращений о конфиденциальности или контенте. Почтовые провайдеры обрабатывают письма для их доставки и хранения. Не отправляйте пароли, платёжные данные и лишние личные сведения.
Переписка хранится только столько, сколько нужно для решения обращения и связанных вопросов, выполнения законных обязанностей или защиты прав. Запросить удаление можно по адресу support@ikresh.com; данные, необходимые по закону, могут сохраняться дольше.
Посещение сайта
На ikresh.com, включая страницы документов, Cloudflare обеспечивает хостинг и защиту и может обрабатывать IP-адрес, адрес запрошенной страницы и сведения о браузере. Сайт может использовать Cloudflare Web Analytics для сводной статистики посещений и производительности. Это отдельная обработка, не связанная с локальной учебной базой приложения. Аналитика, передача данных и обработка в других странах
В текущем нативном приложении нет сервиса аналитики IKresh, рекламного SDK или SDK для отправки отчётов о сбоях. Это не означает, что встроенный YouTube не собирает данные или не показывает рекламу.
Мы не продаём персональные данные и не передаём локальную историю обучения для рекламы. Данные обращений могут обрабатывать обслуживающие нас провайдеры; раскрытие также возможно, если этого требует закон или защита прав и безопасности. Google, Apple и Cloudflare действуют по своим политикам и могут обрабатывать сведения в других странах. Их политики описывают применимые меры защиты и правила хранения.
Хранение, удаление и ваши возможности
Учебные записи остаются на устройстве, пока сохраняются данные приложения. Для удаления приложения и локальных записей откройте Настройки iOS → Основные → Хранилище iPhone → Vibulary → Удалить приложение. «Сгрузить приложение» сохраняет документы и данные и не равнозначно удалению. В существующих резервных копиях может остаться копия данных; ими нужно управлять отдельно через настройки Apple. Удаление приложения не удаляет уже обработанные Google данные и письма в поддержку.
Учётной записи Vibulary нет. Мы не можем удалённо восстановить, экспортировать или удалить локальную учебную базу. Чтобы запросить доступ, исправление или удаление данных обращений либо заявить возражение, напишите на support@ikresh.com. В зависимости от вашей страны могут действовать права на ограничение обработки, переносимость, отзыв согласия, если обработка основана на нём, и жалобу в орган по защите данных. Для сведений, самостоятельно обрабатываемых Google и Apple, используйте их инструменты и каналы запросов.
Цели и основания обработки
Там, где закон требует правового основания, мы обрабатываем сведения обращений для ответа и помощи пользователю на основании законного интереса к поддержке приложения, а при необходимости — для выполнения требований закона. Если требуется согласие, оно должно быть получено и может быть отозвано. Использование приложения или чтение политики не заменяет запрос согласия. Локальные учебные записи обеспечивают выбранные вами функции; правила сторонней обработки описаны у соответствующих провайдеров.
Дети и безопасность
Vibulary — приложение для изучения слов общего назначения, специально не ориентированное на детей. Сторонние видео не гарантируют пригодность для любого возраста. Родителю или опекуну следует проверить приложение, возрастной рейтинг App Store и требования YouTube, прежде чем разрешать использование несовершеннолетнему. Если ребёнок отправил нам личные данные, сообщите на support@ikresh.com.
Мы принимаем разумные меры защиты обрабатываемых сведений, но абсолютная безопасность устройства, почты или интернет-сервиса не может быть гарантирована.
Обновления политики
При изменении приложения или обработки данных мы обновим эту страницу и дату выше. Когда этого требует закон, о существенных изменениях будет сообщено или согласие будет запрошено до начала новой обработки. Вопросы: support@ikresh.com.
