Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Photo Cleaner: Swipe to Tidy (“Photo Cleaner”, “the app”), developed by Ivan Kreshikhin, operating under the personal IKresh brand (“IKresh”, “we”, “us”), based in Batumi, Georgia.

By downloading, installing or using Photo Cleaner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA for matters covered by Apple’s agreement, the Apple Standard EULA controls for those matters.

License

Photo Cleaner is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, IKresh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Photo Cleaner for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

You may not:

• copy, distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit the app except as allowed by law;
• modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where mandatory law permits;
• bypass, disable or interfere with purchase, subscription or access controls;
• use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Photo library access and changes

Photo Cleaner requires permission to access your photo library through Apple PhotoKit so it can display, compare, organise and remove items you choose. You may grant full access or limited access to selected items. With limited access, features that depend on broader library visibility may be unavailable or incomplete.

You are responsible for reviewing selected photos before confirming changes. Items marked during a session are shown on a review screen first. Changes are applied only after you confirm the final selection through the standard iOS photo-library flow.

Photo Cleaner is not a backup or recovery service. Always ensure important photos and videos are backed up through your own methods before removing media.

After removal, behaviour such as the Recently Deleted album and iCloud Photos sync is controlled by Apple and your device settings. IKresh does not control Apple’s deletion, recovery or sync timelines.

Free and Premium functionality

Photo Cleaner may offer free functionality and optional Premium functionality. The exact features available without purchase, and those unlocked by Premium access, may change over time as the product evolves.

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions, introductory trials when offered, lifetime access when offered, or other App Store purchase options made available from time to time.

Subscriptions, trials and lifetime access

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s then-current rules. Where an introductory trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as described by Apple at checkout.

Lifetime access, when offered, means ongoing access to Premium features for the life of the product on supported devices linked to your Apple Account, subject to these Terms and continued App Store availability. It does not guarantee that the product will remain available forever or that every future feature will be included.

Prices are not hardcoded in these Terms. The App Store confirmation screen shown at the time of purchase is the authoritative source for price, currency, billing period and trial details.

Managing purchases

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple Account and Apple’s subscription management tools. Deleting Photo Cleaner from your device does not cancel a subscription.

You can restore eligible purchases through the restore flow in the app or through your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. IKresh does not process payment-card charges directly and does not receive Apple Account credentials.

Privacy and analytics

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Photo Cleaner processes photo-library contents locally on your device and uses Firebase Analytics for product analytics as described there.

Third-party services

The app relies on Apple platforms and services, including PhotoKit and App Store commerce, and on Google Firebase Analytics. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. IKresh is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Open-source components used in Photo Cleaner are acknowledged on the Open Source Licenses page.

Intellectual property

Photo Cleaner, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks associated with the IKresh brand, is owned by Ivan Kreshikhin or licensed to him, except for third-party components distributed under their own licenses. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or related intellectual property.

Availability and updates

IKresh may update, modify, suspend or discontinue Photo Cleaner or any feature at any time. Updates may be required for continued compatibility with newer iOS versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device or iOS version will remain supported.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Photo Cleaner is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

IKresh does not warrant that the app will be error-free, that cleanup results will meet your expectations in every case, or that removed media can always be recovered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IKresh and Ivan Kreshikhin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of photos, videos, data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Photo Cleaner, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of IKresh and Ivan Kreshikhin for all claims relating to Photo Cleaner will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apple for Premium access to Photo Cleaner during the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (or the local-currency equivalent).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when updates are published. Continued use of Photo Cleaner after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
