These Terms of Use apply to Irregular Verbs with Gramm, an educational iOS application developed by Ivan Kreshikhin.

App Store Terms

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Educational Purpose

The app is designed to support the study and practice of English irregular verbs. It does not guarantee a specific educational result, examination score or level of language proficiency.

Acceptable Use

You may use the app only for lawful personal and educational purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass its technical restrictions, extract protected content or use its materials in another product without permission.

The app, its design, characters, illustrations, texts, exercises and other original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

Availability and Changes

The app may be updated, changed, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. Features may change as the product develops.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual learning goal.
